Delivery Charges

 

Standard Royal Mial Recorded Delivery for all items on this website is £4.95.

All orders over £650.00 are Free from delivery charges. Areas without a UK Postcode will attract a delivery charge, please email if you require delivery to one of these areas.

 

Changes to the delivery address made by the purchaser after goods have been processed will incur an addition charge of £20.00.

 

Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries.

 

DO NOT ARRANGE FOR A TRADESMAN TO INSTALL THE ITEMS UNTIL AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED AND CHECKED.

 

Delivery may be effected depending on stock availability. Only complete orders will be dispatched. All in stock items are packed & dispatched the next buisness working day. A SHIPPED email will be sent to confirm your package is on the way.

 

Please leave 7-15 days for delivery before contacting me to chase the order.

 

General Delivery Information

 

If I am unable to deliver your goods within thirty days of your order, you may cancel your order and get a full refund for those goods. When you receive the goods, you should check them as soon as possible, and let me know within 24 Hours of receipt if there are any problems. If possible, please retain all packaging until you are satisfied with the goods. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods, which occurs after they have been delivered to you. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, you may return it within 7 days. Please email me at contact@ahss.co.uk and I will immediately arrange for collection or advise alternate methods as to the return of the item. The item must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and you must obtain the proof of return. I will then despatch a replacement or process a refund once your returns are received. I require payment of the price for the goods in full before I despatch them unless I agree otherwise in writing with you.  All the goods that I supply will remain my property until you have paid for them in full, including all delivery charges. If you sell the goods you agree to hold the sale proceeds upon trust for me until you have paid for them in full. You can cancel your order for any reason and get a full refund at any time before you receive the goods, or up to the end of seven working days after the day you processed the order. A working day is any day other than weekends and public holidays. To cancel your order you should email me within that time to the address on the contact page of this website. If you have already received the goods you can only exercise this right to cancel your order if the goods are still in a re-saleable condition and you have retained the packaging, you must return the goods to me at your own cost and within 7 days from receipt. Please email me for the returns address. If you cancel your order you will be reimbursed as soon as possible and within a maximum period of 30 days after the receipt of the returned item.

 

Payment

 

I accept PayPal Online, All orders can be paid for via a debit or credit card over the phone or via Direct Back Transfer. Credit Cards taken over the phone will attract a 3.5% Surcharge.

 

 

Returns policy

 

1.  You may return new, unopened item/s for refund, excluding shipping cost, within 7 days of item/s arrival. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and with all included accessories intact. We cannot however accept returns if: (a) the products have been used, personalised or customised in any way. (b) The products have been fitted for fault finding purposes; we will deem it to have been used. (c) The packaging has been damaged or the product is no longer in a condition to be resold as new.

2.  All products sold are covered by manufacturers warranty, please refer to the documentation enclosed with your item/s for more information.

3.  For all returns, the buyer must contact us in writing/email to describe reason for returns prior to sending the item/s back for exchange.

4.  The buyer will be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when returning the item/s to us. Shipping and handling fees will not be credited. We recommend that you return the item/s using recorded delivery.

5.  We will not be responsible for losses and breakage during the return shipping process. It is highly recommended that the buyer use a traceable means to ship the product and purchase shipping insurance.

6.  We will notify you by email once we received and processed your returned item/s. We typically process your returned item/s within 5 working days of receiving them.

7.  We will refund the purchase price less delivery costs. If the item/s is not in resalable condition then we will not be able to process a refund, the item/s will sent back to you and you will be liable for all redelivery costs.

8.  We are unable to accept any returns on special order item/s.
